2.3 Device and Usage Data: We automatically collect information such as device type, browser, IP address, and usage activity.
2.4 Payment Information: Purchases made through AiToManabi are processed via Paymentwall. We do not store your payment card details; all transactions are governed by PayMongo’s Privacy Policy.
2.5 Communications: If you contact us, we may collect the content of your messages and contact details.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information collected to:

    • Provide and improve our Services.

    • Personalize your learning experience.

    • Process payments and manage subscriptions.

In addition, in compliance with both the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), AiToManabi implements strict data retention and protection policies:

  • Active user profiles are retained while the User is engaged with the system.

  • Inactive profiles are stored only for 2–3 years after the last login.

  • Course enrollment data and assessment results are retained for 3–5 years to support audits, certificates, and user assistance.

  • Compliance training records are stored for 5–7 years as required by legal standards.

  • System logs are maintained for 1–2 years or anonymized after 6–12 months for analytics and security purposes.

  • Support tickets and chat history are preserved for 1–3 years.

  • Deleted user accounts are permanently removed or anonymized within 30–90 days, ensuring the User’s right to erasure and data minimization.

These practices ensure that all User data is managed responsibly, securely, and only for as long as necessary to fulfill AiToManabi’s functions and legal obligations.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

8.1 Payments are handled by PayMongo, and their Terms and Privacy Policy apply.
8.2 External links or third-party services accessed through AiToManabi are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of AiToManabi after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.
